- $100,000/year base salary
- Bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $130,000+

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be in charge of 2-3 properties in a certain part of town.
- Monitor rent collections on a monthly basis and make sure rents are collected timely.
- File evictions on non-paying tenants.
- Negotiate and renew leases of tenants with expiring leases. Make sure a new lease is signed.
- While the above will be majority of your tasks, there will be ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to multitask and be efficient
- English & Spanish is a must
- Excellent soft skills and communication skills (written & spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree is required
